Free shipping is via USPS First Class Mail which may take up to 5 to 7 business days to arrive. If you need the item sooner, you may upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. International orders will ship via First Class International and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country.

We accept returns as long as the item is unworn, clean, and with all tags intact. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you. You are responsible for return postage. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return an item and we will provide you with the return/exchange authorization form to fill out. Please note that the address for returns is different than the address we ship from. Failure to return the item to the correct address may result in a delay in your refund.

All of our items are ready to ship and we ship next day for orders placed by 5pm Central Time. Clothing items weighing under 1 pound shipped domestically will be sent via First Class Mail which will take about 3 to 5 business days to reach you. Items weighing over 1 pound will be shipped via Priority Mail which will take 2 to 3 business days to reach you. You may upgrade your shipping options if you need an item sooner.
