You will get an email from them to create a free account to access your files (choose 'customer' not 'seller' account). The files are stored on the website so you can save your work and come back to edit it whenever you need.

No sorry, we don't offer personalisation. All of our templates are DIY, so you will need a computer and you will need to do the editing yourself.
Unfortunately, we are not taking on custom orders at the moment sorry. Our templates are fully editable. We have hundreds of fonts to choose from and you can add your own graphics to them, so you have a lot of freedom to make them into something more custom. Try out one of the demos to get an idea.
Should We Use A Wedding Invitation Template?
If you have used Templett before, you don't need to wait for the access email. Go straight to www.templett.com and log into your account and your templates will be there.
PLEASE NOTE: Your account will remain linked to your Templett account, even if you change your email on and make a new Templett purchase - the files will still go to the original Templett account. You don't get a new Templett account each time you change your email. It will always remain linked to the first account created, to prevent multiple accounts being made for a single user.
